El candidato seleccionado deberá aportar destreza para el manejo de la investigación, habilidad para coordinar y comunicar los avances y resultados, y un alto sentido de la importancia para transferir el desarrollo en los ajustes de la producción, habilidad para analizar la información y transformarla en datos y resultados. Como parte de un fuerte equipo de trabajo esta persona tendrá una excelente habilidad para la comunicación interpersonal en Ingles y Español.
Se requiere Titulo relacionado con 2 años de experiencia en el campo o mas.
Experiencia: Grado de Maestría en Ciencias en Acuáticas, Acuicultura, Biología. Experiencia en diseño de experimentos, Habilidades Interpersonales.
Descripción:
Reportar al Director técnico, es un nuevo puesto creado para proveer diariamente el manejo en las Instalaciones de Investigación de Open Blue desarrollando y gestionando un selectivo programa de reproducción, pruebas de alimentación, programas de vacunación y otros en Investigación y Desarrollo. Reportes precisos, limpios y en timpo. Manejo de cronogramas, presupuestos, y personal. Trabajo eficaz con asesores internacionales, proveedores y personal de Open Blue. Mantenimiento de Instalaciones en excelente estado de operación todo el tiempo.
